Butcher Boys and Boschendal debut ‘Bella Nights’ at Kyalami Hills with an ‘Under the Tuscan Sun’ dining experience on 6 August.
The inaugural event in the ‘Bella Nights’ series, Under the Tuscan Sun, is a proud collaboration between Butcher Boys Kyalami Hills and Boschendal, presenting an immersive, Italian-inspired evening where wine, food, and sensory storytelling come together beautifully.
Set to unfold from June through December, the ‘Bella Nights’ series has been conceptualised as a limited collection of intimate dining events, each anchored in Italian-inspired themes.
Hosted at Butcher Boys Kyalami Hills, the evening draws inspiration from the romance and abundance of a Tuscan table, reimagined through both partners’ shared commitment to excellence and experience-led dining.
Guests are welcomed with Boschendal Brut alongside antipasti boards before progressing into a guided Riedel wine tasting experience. The menu unfolds as a decadent five-course journey, with Butcher Boys’ legendary steak taking centre stage, paired with fine wines. Throughout the evening, layered touches and sensory cues extend the enjoyment beyond the glass.
As a final touch, guests depart with champagne truffles as a take-home gift, ending the evening on the ultimate sweet note.
Bella Nights Series Under the Tuscan Sun takes place on Thursday, 6 August (ahead of the long Women’s Day weekend) from 18h30 to 22h30. Butcher Boys Kyalami Hills, at The Mushroom Farm, Kyalami. Tickets cost R950 per person (inclusive of wines).
