Eskort has just launched what might be the best ribs ever, and to celebrate, they’re hosting the biggest pop-up restaurant event yet.
Every Thursday evening for eight weeks, at 30 locations across the country… that’s a whole lot of pop-ups—and a whole lot of ribs!
From 5pm to 7pm every Thursday, between May 8 and June 26, each of Eskort’s 30 stores will transform into a Rib Rack Shack, where chefs will fire up the meatiest, juiciest, and most tender ribs from South Africa’s leading antibiotic-free pork producer.
Each Rib Rack Shack will be decked out with tables and chairs so rib lovers can sit down and dig in. Expect a festive vibe, local DJs spinning tunes where possible—and yes, loads of glorious mess.
Let’s be honest—ribs are messy. But are they worth it? Oh, absolutely.
On the menu? The Double Dipperr (500g ribs and 500g chips for R94.99—add a 750ml Pepsi for R9.99), and the Fam Feederrr (1kg ribs and 1kg chips for R179.99—add a 2L Pepsi for R14.99).
You’ll get to choose from three delicious rib varieties: BBQ Spare Rib Racks, BBQ Loin Rib Racks, and BBQ Cocktail Ribs.
The new rib rack recipe promises meatier cuts, a stickier, slightly sweeter marinade, and that melt-off-the-bone magic.
