PowerHER Fit Fest brings Kayla Itsines, Lady Zamar and a full-day wellness experience to Joburg.
Global fitness sensation Kayla Itsines is heading to South Africa for the first time this November, headlining Motherkind’s PowerHER Fit Fest in collaboration with Investec and Dis-Chem.
Bringing together fitness, wellness, beauty, lifestyle and entertainment, the full-day women’s wellness festival will feature a live bootcamp with global fitness sensation Kayla Itsines, inspiring Pulse Talks, interactive brand experiences, and even a PowerHER After Party.
Created as a premium wellness experience for women, the festival offers ladies a full day to invest in their wellbeing, spend time with friends and discover new ways to move, connect and recharge.
