This Summer, The Don’s Table is setting the tone for moments worth savouring.
From World Margarita Day which is celebrated in February to global celebrations of excellence in film and culture – this is awards season, after all … we’re raising our glasses with a Golden Margarita.
Golden Margarita
You’ll need:
- 30ml Don Julio Reposado
- A dash (±1 ml) of Masa Flour Infused Gin
- 1ml Verjus
- A dash (±1 ml) fresh lime juice
- 15 ml simple syrup
- 2 dashes (±2 ml) grapefruit bitters
- Toasted baby corn for garnish
To make: Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir to incorporate and strain into a rocks glass over a large format ice cube. Garnish with toasted baby corn and serve!
