- 2 carrots
- 1 apple
- 1 teaspoon of grated ginger root
- Juice from 1/2 lemon (you can add less if you’re not a lemon fan though)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Water if necessary or ice
Put all of the ingredients into the smoothie maker (or just your regular blender or food processor) and blend until smooth.
Serve fresh!
