  • 2 carrots
  • 1 apple
  • 1 teaspoon of grated ginger root
  • Juice from 1/2 lemon (you can add less if you’re not a lemon fan though)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Water if necessary or ice

Put all of the ingredients into the smoothie maker (or just your regular blender or food processor) and blend until smooth.

Serve fresh!
