Upstairs at The Studios integrates two, innovative and collaborative concepts – FITPOD and Next Level – making clever use of a mixed-use mezzanine level against the most stunning backdrop. FITPOD is a collection of multidisciplinary fitness and exercise studios, offering world class instruction and training, all under one roof. Ballito locals can choose from a selection of disciplines, including functional fitness with Gina Mazzoni, yoga classes with Helen Garner and Robynne-Leigh McNeill, Zumba with Chantelle Nicholson, rebounding with Nicole von Berg, Pilates mat classes or private and semi-private sessions on state-of-the-art BASI equipment with a number of qualified instructors, and various forms of dance classes with the likes of SWISH Studios, FootworX Dance Centre, Stow Academy of Irish Dance, Freedom Dance Studio, Dance Café, Red Veil Studio and Bollywood dance with Alyssa Pillay.
FITPOD is coordinated, managed and delivered by a professional team with a collaborative mindset, with the aim to personally, professionally and passionately deliver instruction to those who choose to live healthily, move their bodies and feed their souls. Choose from a boardroom or lounge type venue: Dandelion Lounge is an 8 to 10 seater sitting room, Lemur Room a 10 to 12 seater boardroom, Toucan Lounge a 10 to 12 seater sitting room and Palm Room an 8 to 10 seater boardroom.
