Bulls Eye Cabernet Sauvignon
The Post House Bulls Eye Cabernet Sauvignon was made with the utmost attention and detail to deliver an extremely high quality end product.
The cellar only produces a small quantity of wine and assumes a hands-on and conscientious approach at each step. This wine is a big wine with a nose of raspberry, mint, cigar box, chocolate and gamy meat. The palate is firm and oaky with rounded ripe fruit and tannins which gives length to the finish. It has maturation potential for 8-10 years.

El Mayor Añejo Tequila
For over four generations, the González family have been hard at work perfecting the art and craft of growing agave and distilling tequila. To this day, they instil age-old processes and values handed down from generation to generation. Designed for slow, contemplative sipping, their 100% Blue Agave Añejo tequila is aged in white oak barrels for 18 to 36 months to provide a sophisticatedly smooth product. El Mayor is made from only the highest quality Weber Blue Agave plants, sweet succulents that thrive in the rocky lowlands of Jalisco, Mexico. At about 7,500 feet above sea level, its mineral-rich sandy soil produces the juiciest plants, giving you a taste as warm as Jalisco. Its golden colour and caramel aroma makes way for a smooth entry that leads to a soft, medium-to-full bodied palate with caramel, grilled tropical fruits and brown spices. Excellent paired with lamb or rabbit.

Johnnie Walker Swing
Created during the golden age of travel in 1932 by John Walker’s grandson, Sir Alexander Walker II, who, as a voyager himself, named it after the rocking motion the unique decanter-like bottle makes when rocked back and forth, comparable to transatlantic voyages when stormy weather rocked the seas. The Swing is a luxurious blend of 35 whiskies with a high proportion of Speyside malts that deliver a sophisticated, smooth and rich finish.
