Drawing inspiration from its heritage, the Perdeberg Cellar range now sports a more
stylish look … with an elegant new label. These are joyful, affordable, every-day wines, with six varietals. The Sauvignon Blanc – all gooseberry, asparagus, and hints of bell pepper and green figs – has a refreshing crisp finish, while the Chenin Blanc, with its crisp palate and zesty finish – doesn’t disappoint. The deep purple-red Merlot is full-bodied, smooth and velvety, while the bright red Pinotage has a bouquet of dark plum, blackberry, and dark cherries, and a lingering, fruity aftertaste. The Cabernet Sauvignon has a soft smooth palate and a rich, lingering finish, and the bold Shiraz – all intense fruit and enticing spice characters – completes the impressive line-up.
