OMTOTS YOGA & MINDFULNESS
OMtots is a yoga and mindfulness program for kids allowing room for exploration of the mind-body connection, dealing with BIG emotions, as well as what it means to fully be themselves in the world. Kids yoga combines visualisation and imagination, breathwork, storytelling and age-appropriate poses. Focus is on meeting children at their level and activities are presented in a playful manner. Classes can be loud and fun, but also include moments of calm.

TOPTOTS
Toptots is a parent and child workshop focussing on stimulating activities that are age appropriate, designed by occupational therapists and physiotherapists, and facilitated by trained teachers. The programme caters for children aged six weeks to four years old. Classes are 90 minutes and include activities that can easily be replicated at home. Included in every lesson: perceptual development, creative messy play, social and emotional development, music, fine and gross motor skills and sensory motor activities.
