Yoli’s Artisan Bakery at Ballito Lifestyle Centre hosted a delicious bread tasting to celebrate the return of their baking team to the on-site bakery. Freshly baked loaves, mimosas and perfectly brewed coffee set the tone for a seriously tasty start to the day. From the 60-hour cinnamon spice sourdough to the olive and garlic focaccia and indulgent truffle sourdough, guests were treated to an array of unforgettable flavours.
