For Simone Vosloo, physiotherapy has never been just about treating injuries. It’s about restoring confidence, independence and helping people return to the moments that matter most.
After graduating Cum Laude in both Human Physiology and Physiotherapy, Simone founded Simone Vosloo Physiotherapy with one simple philosophy: Move Freely. Live Fully. Every patient who walks through her doors is treated as more than a diagnosis –they’re treated as a person with a story.
As a former international mountain biker and martial artist representing South Africa, and an athlete herself, Simone understands firsthand the freedom, confidence and joy that movement brings. But years in clinical practice have taught her that healing extends far beyond muscles and joints. Whether helping someone recover after surgery, supporting cancer rehabilitation or guiding an athlete back to sport, her greatest reward is seeing patients rediscover confidence in themselves.
Building a successful private practice has been both rewarding and humbling. Like many women in business, Simone has learnt that resilience isn’t about having all the answers –it’s about showing up each day with compassion, integrity and purpose. She believes the most meaningful part of healthcare is creating genuine human connection and ensuring every patient feels heard, understood and cared for.
“Wellness isn’t about perfection,” Simone says. “It’s about giving people the freedom to live the life they want. Whether that’s playing with your children, returning to the golf course, completing your first marathon or simply walking without pain, every milestone matters.”
For Simone, success isn’t measured by the size of her practice, but by the lives she touches. Every patient who leaves stronger, more hopeful and able to move freely reminds her why she chose this profession.
Because healing isn’t simply about restoring movement. It’s about restoring possibility.
