Berry Boost (N)ice Cream

Blueberries are immune-boosting superfoods. They contain flavonoids—a type of antioxidant that can help reduce damage to cells and boost your immune system. They also
provide plenty of vitamin C, vitamin A, potassium, dietary fibre and manganese.

(Makes 2-3 servings)

You will need

– 2x frozen bananas
– 1 cup frozen blueberries (or mixed berries if you prefer)
– 1 cup water

Method

Add all the ingredients to blender. Blend together, scraping sides occasionally, until icy, creamy texture is achieved. Serve and enjoy.
