I make sure to keep work and personal life separate—if I’m with my family after hours, I don’t take work calls unless it’s an emergency. Balance is key.”

As a child, Louwrinda dreamed of becoming a doctor—someone who helps people. While her path changed, her purpose didn’t. She’s still helping others, just through a different lens.
