In need of a good laugh? Don’t miss the second edition of Darren Maule and Friends at The Globe at Suncoast. As the host of ECR’s award-winning breakfast show, millions tune in every weekday morning to catch Darren Maule’s witty conversations and insights. Now comedy lovers will get to catch him in action on stage, joined by his personal friends Marc Lottering, Carvin Goldstone, Skhumba, Prev Reddy and Lindy Johnson, who come together to bring laughter and good vibes to the evening. March 11&12

Close to 75 high school girls first teams will be taking to various hockey fields around KZN in the SPAR KZN Schoolgirls’ Hockey Challenge that kicks off on Saturday, March 11. Our Lady of Fatima will welcome teams at their home turf, the Riverside Sports Club and Thomas More College will host the second regional on Sunday, March 12. For spectators unable to get to the side of the pitch, the regionals and the finals will be live streamed by SuperSport Schools on their mobile app or website. March 31

We were all left shattered when Britain’s Golden Boy Calum Scott cancelled his Durban leg of his 2022 Bridges’ World Tour in South Africa last year, so are thrilled to hear he’ll make up for it by returning to our city this month. Tickets already bought for the 25 November 2022 concert are valid for the March 31 show at the Botanic Gardens, so guess where we’ll be month end!? Details: breakoutevents.co.za

April 6-10

The good vibes have got even more exciting  exciting for us Splashy Fen fans ahead of the festival that’s set to showcase one of its most diverse main stage line-ups yet. Festival-goers will be able to experience the best Easter long weekend ever in the picturesque setting of Underberg as the festival will play host to three international performers (including Australia’s Pierce Brothers pictured above) who will compliment South Africa’s top musical acts like Cape Town based trio Goodluck, Zebra, Majozi, and Afrikaans band Spoegwolf. Throw in some folk, acoustic, electro-pop and light rock, and there’s no doubt that we’re set for a fun-filled Easter weekend with music and entertainment for everyone. April 6 to 10.
