Sunrise, surf and the perfect brew

There’s no better way to start the day than with the golden glow of sunrise over Country Club Beach, coffee in hand. At the Sunkist Surf Lifesaving Club Café, early risers, walkers and surfers gather for more than just the view – they come for barista-made coffee, hearty breakfasts and sweet treats that pair perfectly with the ocean breeze.

Overlooking the promenade, this community-driven café fuels both body and spirit, with every sip and bite contributing to lifesaving initiatives that keep Durban’s beaches safe. Good coffee, good food and a good cause – mornings don’t get better. Sunkist Café is open to all from 5:30am to 2pm every day and can be hired for events.
