Barker Manor in Kloof hosted An Evening With Kingsley Holgate, an event rich in inspiration, generosity and community spirit. Guests were treated to a delicious harvest spread by Good Earth Deli, a buzzing bar by Cocktails and Caviar, a live auction and incredible raffle prizes. The captivating storytelling by the legendary adventurer, whose tales of exploration and humanitarian work across Africa left the audience in awe. Beyond all of this, the evening carried a powerful purpose – raising funds for the Animal Anti-Cruelty League – Durban & Pietermaritzburg Branch. Every rand raised at this event will go towards rescuing, protecting and caring for animals in need. Guests came for the stories and stayed for the cause – leaving with full hearts, inspired minds and the knowledge that their generosity will help vulnerable animals.
