DIY bath salts

Make yourself some bath salts to keep on hand for relaxing long baths, foot soaks and self-care rituals.

You’ll need:  A glass jar, 125ml Epsom salts, 4 tbsp baking soda, small handful of coarse salt, 10 drops essential oil of choice, 2 tbsp argan oil, add dried rose petals for a special touch.

To make: In a bowl, mix Epsom salts, baking soda, salt and some dried rose petals. Add in about 10 drops of essential oil and 2 tbsp argan oil.

Stir well so the mixture is like that of slightly damp sand.

Funnel into a glass jar of your choice.

Scoop out a few small handfuls of bath salts and enjoy a relaxing soak.
