Coconut, pineapple and vanilla smoothie
Pop these ingredients into a Nutribullet or blender…
4 sticks fresh pineapple
4 heaped Tblsps Lancewood coconut yogurt
1 tsp vanilla essence
3 Tblsps Woolies toasted coconut shavings
A squeeze of fresh orange juice
A few blocks of ice
Blend until smooth.
We completed the smoothie by adding pistachios, granadilla pulp, edible flowers and coconut shavings as a topping. Enjoy!
