Succulent Sumac-grilled chicken thighs with corn cream and grilled peaches is a signature stand out dish to try. A table pleaser… popcorn pops of lightly fried chicken or shrimp served with a creamy sriracha. The pulled beef tacos served in handmade tortillas had us getting our hands messy and wanting more. And you simply cannot leave without tasting their chocolate drizzled brownies.
Leading the launch of its lunch service is newly appointed chef Leigh-Anne Knipe, who brings a wealth of experience from acclaimed restaurants, including Restaurant Mosaic, Overture, Ethos, and most recently, Proud Mary. Knipe has crafted a menu that perfectly captures the spirit of relaxed lunch dishes. “It’s important to have variety on your menu, whether it’s vegan, vegetarian, or meat, so there’s something for everyone,” says Knipe.
And while the menu is refreshed for your afternoon food cravings, the drinks menu impressed with plenty of cocktails, cognacs, ciders, coolers, wines and more. A classic pornstar martini cocktail is always mood lifter and they have a few good signature cocktails that tease like the The G Spot, a mix of Tanqueray, blue caracao, lemon juice and pink tonic. The Henny Pot of Hennessy VS, Appletiser, elderflower and lemon juice is by far the most popular mixer on the menu.
From the hanging ceiling garden, carved wall finishes and polished marble accents to the curved sofas and plush booths, this spot is most comfortable and aesthetically beautiful for leisurely lunches where you can feel the warmth of the sunlight and soak up the vibrant vibes all afternoon.
By night, the 180-seater establishment continues as a supper club where you enjoy DJs spinning deep house, hip-hop, and uplifting beats.
