The three-week plan has been placed into one booklet which is divided into three sections, one for each week. Each week provides focus areas, advice, recipes, meal plans and exercise routines. At the cornerstone of the plan is Nuts About Cooking, a vegan-friendly, additive-free refined coconut oil and cooking spray. Packed with 60 per cent Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCTs), known for their swift energy supply to the body and brain, the coconut oil has a neutral taste and can be used in cooking applications such as frying, baking or simply as an addition to a dip or smoothie.

Red Lentil Dip
Ingredients
1 cup cooked red lentils
1 Tbsp Nuts About Cooking Coconut Oil
1/3 onion, chopped
1 tsp cumin
1 Tbsp tahini
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/3 lemon
Salt and pepper.
Method
- In a pan, add the onion and fry for five minutes.
- Add the garlic and cumin and fry for another two minutes.
- Remove from the heat and place all the ingredients into a blender, season, and blend until smooth.
- Add a splash of water if necessary to loosen.
Green Quinoa Salad
Ingredients
2 cups cooked quinoa
2 cups fresh coriander
1 cup mint leaves
1 cup fresh parsley
½ lemon, squeezed
1 clove garlic
1 Tbsp tahini
2 Tbsp Nuts About Cooking Coconut Oil
2 Tbsp water
Salt and Pepper
Method
- Place all the ingredients (except the quinoa) in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Fold through the quinoa, store in the fridge.
