You’ll need 50ml Bannermans Whisky, 250ml Ginger Ale, and lots of ice. Simply gill a tall cocktail glass with ice. Stir in whisky and ginger ale.

Bannerman’s Finest Scotch Whisky is a Speyside-style Scotch whisky, produced and blended in Scotland, just outside Edinburgh.  Bannerman’s is made using older, more complex malt whiskies, which give it a bolder, more complex flavour than other blends and help create its exceptionally long, smooth finish. Bannermans stands for bravery and boldness. In medieval times, the king’s bannerman would lead the army into battle.

Pampelle Rose. You’ll need one part Pampelle and two parts Rosé. Pour into a glass, top with soda water and garnish with a slice of ruby red grapefruit. Pampelle is a delicious aperitif to arrive from the French island Corsica.  It is made from handpicked grapefruits from the sun drenched French island nestled in the idyllic Mediterranean Sea. The hero of this complex aperitif is the Star Ruby Grapefruit that gives it its bitter-sweet taste

Don Papa Old Fashioned. Rum is the perfect spirit base for a cocktail that will transport your mind to sun, sea and sand. We’ve stuck to an oldie but a goodie for our rum-based cocktail because not only is it delicious but you only need a few ingredients to make it, most of which are probably already in your pantry. You’ll need 2 parts Don Papa Dark rum, 2 dashes Angostura Bitters, a splash of water, 1-2 tsp sugar, cubed ice and orange peel go garnish. Add the granulated sugar and Angostura Bitters to a rocks glass with a single ice cube. Stir the mix until the ice cube has melted enough to dissolve the sugar. Add another 3 to 4 ice cubes and half of the rum then stir for around 60 seconds. Top up the glass with more ice and add the rest of the rum, then stir for another 60 seconds. Garnish with an orange peel.Crafted with great precision, Don Papa Rum is the spirit of the magical and mystical “Sugarlandia”. Sugarlandia, although not a real place, is inspired by the romance of the island of Negros (where Don Papa is made) and is the spiritual home of Don Papa Rum, a place that echoes the values of those that burnt with passion, honour, bravery, and resilience

Lemon Spritzer. Here’s a brilliant non-alcoholic spriter that just screams summer party! You’ll need 50ml ABSTINENCE Lemon Aperitif, 200ml Soda Water (you can use tonic if you prefer), ice and lemon peel. Pour the  ABSTINENCE Lemon Aperitif over ice in a gin goblet or wine glass. Top with soda and garnish with fresh lemon peel. Abstinence is South Africa’s first range of sophisticated and premium distilled non-alcoholic spirits and aperitifs, allowing you to sipping smarter, without compromising on taste. Low-kilojoule and low-sugar, with  ther distinctive notes of the botanicals of the Cape Floral Kingdom.

Seedlip Garden and Tonic. Take a tall glass, fill with ice, and then add 50ml Seedlip Garden 108 and 125ml Fever Tree Tonic. Garnish with a handful of peas.  Seedlip is the world’s first distilled non-alcoholic spirit, solving the ever growing dilemma of ‘what to drink when you’re not drinking ’. They boast zero calories, are sugar-free, sweetener-free & artificial flavour-free.
