Established in Salt Rock in 2014, the team at Scoop make all of their ice creams by hand on the stove top – and they even bake and roll the cones by hand! The ice creams are made using fresh Jersey milk and cream from the KZN Midlands and the previously disadvantaged ladies in the Scoop kitchen conjure up to 15 incredible flavours at a time, including 70% Chocolate, Madagascan Vanilla and Butter Salted Popcorn, to name a few.
