Established in Salt Rock in 2014, the team at Scoop make all of their ice creams by hand on the stove top – and they even bake and roll the cones by hand! The ice creams are made using fresh Jersey milk and cream from the KZN Midlands and the previously disadvantaged ladies in the Scoop kitchen conjure up to 15 incredible flavours at a time, including 70% Chocolate, Madagascan Vanilla and Butter Salted Popcorn, to name a few. The new menu for the gorgeous new TREE Natural Café space is colourful, vibrant and delicious, predominantly gluten free, totally refined sugar free and made from fresh, wholesome ingredients. Developed in consultation with the Delish Sisters, Rebecca and Kate Lund, the focus has been on the curation and delivery of really tasty, interesting and contemporary health food. Wozza Meat Co have become well known for their great breakfasts and classic wholesome restaurant food including; lamb chops, steak, chicken kebabs, pork ribs and marrow bones.
