Longridge Ekliptika
Serious, dark and concentrated in colour, this wine greets you on the nose with aromas of ripe red fruits, plums and pencil shavings which follow through onto the palate with chewy black cherries, sweet spices and well balanced grippy tannins on the mid palate. The wine ends with a lingering umami finish.
Groote Post Seasalter.
An established, award-winning pedigree. The Seasalter is an intense Sauvignon blanc and Semillon blend (10%) displaying typical Darling minerality and soft nuances of citrus, stonefruit and green apple. 50% of this wine was aged in French Oak barrels while the other half remained on the lease in tanks. The Sea Salter’s balanced acidity will allow ageing for a good few years.

South Africa’s most premium rose style wine made from Grenache Noir. A delightful, softly pink, elegant, fruit focused wine, made from 100% hand-harvested Grenache, with structure and body and a long finish on the palate.
