Nothing screams ‘summer’ quite like a brightly-coloured, uber-festive cocktail! We absolutely love the gorgeous hues and delicious flavours of these tasty tipples supplied by the clever cocktail team at Hooters Umhlanga Rocks . . . and they’re so easy to make at home!
ORANGE HOOTERADE
You’ll need: 1½ shots of Absolut Mandarin and 1 shot of peach syrup
To make: Add them together in a cocktail shaker, fill with ice and give it a good shake! Strain into a glass over fresh ice, top with lemonade and a slice of orange to garnish.
BLUE HOOTERADE
You’ll need: 1½ shots of Absolut Raspberry, ½ a shot of Blue Curacao and 1 shot of Agave Nectar
To make: Add together in a cocktail shaker, fill with ice and give it a good shake. Strain into a glass over fresh ice, top with lemonade and a slice of lemon to garnish.
LEMON LIME HOOTERADE
You’ll need: 1½ shots of Absolut Citron, ½ a shot of Melon Syrup and ½ a shot of Lime Cordial
To make: Add together in a cocktail shaker, fill with ice and give it a good shake. Strain into a glass over fresh ice, top with lemonade and a slice of lime and salt to garnish.
