VALDO PROSECCO

Valdo Floral Edition Prosecco Rosé is a young, bright, smart and trendy sparkling Rosé, beautiful on the inside as it is on the outside. The palate has a pleasant tickle of delicate bubbles, pleasant round warm and charming fruity flavours with a fine, elegant and complex structure. Highly pleasant and ideal as an aperitif, together with fingerfood, light dishes and of course, chocolate!

GHOST CORNER SAUVIGNON BLANC

An explosive nose of green nettles, green asparagus and pink grapefruit citrus with some dusty fig leaf and blackcurrant aromas creates excitement anticipation of what is to follow. The palate does not disappoint – a delicious carry through of the expressive nose creates a broad, flavour-intensive palate, ending with a lemon zest mouthwatering finish. The influence of the Cape Agulhas terroir is apparent in the salty/briny final lingering aftertaste.

EAGLES’ NEST MERLOT

Quality and consistency is paramount at Eagles’ Nest. Located on the crest of the Constantia Nek Pass, their unique terroir combined with meticulous attention to detail, yield award-winning wines that are the epitome of elegance and balance. The nose initially shows flavours of fresh raspberries and ripe red fruit, with undertones of darker fruit elements, including plums and dried dates. The palate is multi-layered, showcasing intense red fruit, mulberry and cigar flavours.
