MWM: Aguila – Leading men in your property dreams

To succeed in a competitive industry, such as real estate, you must demonstrate your ability to produce results. This is what the men of Aguila are proving true. Jacques, Schalk, Wimpie, and Clifford share tips and tricks on how they work towards making their client’s dreams come true.

Jacques Van De Heever says the ultimate goal is to assist clients with making their home dreams come true and to reach that, consistency and humility are needed. “Never give up, sometimes life gets hard but remember everything will be fine. And coupled with this is a constant need to network and give back to the community.”

Solely focused on the people in terms of their emotions, their needs, and their dreams, Schalk van der Merwe says this is what he enjoys most about the job. “I love people and as Real Estate Agent, I experience people in a way that other people will never see or experience them and I enjoy the freedom and responsibility I have towards clients and myself.”

On the business side of the spectrum, Wimpie Nel explains that an eagerness to learn is essentially one of the most important aspects to make a successful transaction. “To succeed in my business, I need to know and learn a little bit about everything but also continue learning to reach excellence in this ever-changing business, always to serve the customer with the best-informed specialist information available.”

And just as much as business thrives off their ability to learn, Clifford Human also explains that the freedom that the industry offers them is the leading reason they joined the industry. “When I decided to get into real estate as this was the only industry where I could effectively work with an established company, but also for myself, and build a solid client database of good, qualified customers through good clients service,  hard work, and determination, which was only possible as I had the flexi-time to take care of my 3 children and be part of their lives, school, and sport, but also still have the time to service my clients effectively, even though not always at conventional working hours.”
