Fine-dining with freedom

He expressed that the way of doing weddings has changed drastically. People today do not focus so much on having grandiose venues and food displays, but weddings have become more intimate with a focus on spending less.

“A food truck does not always mean a burger,” he said.

Chef Patso’s meal suggestions for a fine-dining experience on wheels:

Mozzarella meat balls with pesto sauce, fillet steak baguette, roasted vegetables frittata, honey glazed ribs and chicken satay. You can still have a range of burgers for an array of options to choose from.
