Bianca Jonker: Property with a little personality

Buying or selling a property can be a big deal, but Bianca Jonker believes it doesn’t have to be all serious faces and paperwork. With plenty of energy, humour and a people-first approach, she is making her mark on Bloemfontein’s property scene.

As Principal Licensee and Director at Seeff Bloemfontein, Bianca brings a healthy dose of personality to the property industry, while still taking the business of helping people buy, sell and invest very seriously.

She started her real estate career in 2021 and has been with Seeff ever since. Today, she is a Master Practitioner in Real Estate (MPRE) registered with the PPRA, with an NQF5 qualification and PDE5 Certificate of Professional Recognition.

But for Bianca, the job is about much more than qualifications and closing deals.

“Staying grounded and maintaining enthusiasm for serving the local community remains at the core of my motivation.”

She specialises in residential property, while also working with commercial properties and investment opportunities. Her goal is to understand what clients need and help them make decisions that work for both their lives and their finances.

And then there is the humour.

Real estate transactions can be stressful, particularly when they involve someone’s home, finances or a major life change. Bianca believes bringing some warmth and energy into the process can make all the difference.

“Property transactions are major milestones that can often feel stressful for buyers and sellers. Approaching the process with warmth, high energy, and open communication helps ease client tension while maintaining a steadfast commitment to professional excellence and results.”

Building relationships becomes just as important as knowing the market.

“Being a trusted partner who guides clients through every step of their property journey, whether in residential, commercial, or investment space, is key to delivering exceptional service and achieving the best outcomes.”

It is also what keeps her job interesting.

“I am driven by an unwavering commitment to excellence and the satisfaction of helping clients find their dream properties or secure high-return investment deals. Guiding people through key financial and personal life decisions makes every deal rewarding.”

So, what are Bloemfontein buyers looking for?

According to Bianca, well-priced homes, sectional title properties and strategically located commercial spaces remain popular. Buyers are increasingly looking for versatile properties that offer flexibility, long-term value and good investment potential.

Ultimately, Bianca believes the property journey is best tackled with the right person beside you.

“Having a knowledgeable and trusted professional to partner with from day one makes all the difference,” she concludes.
