Tasty Food Made With Love!

We’ve fallen in love… with a new cookbook… and it’s by The Delish Sisters… Tasty Food Made With Love!

Rebecca and Kate Lund, aka The Delish Sisters, are an upbeat red-lipstick-and-sneaker-wearing sister duo who are out to change the way that people think about food. Constantly inspired by the ever-changing food industry, and passionate about creating beautiful food experiences for clients, friends and family, the duo pretty much grew up in the kitchen, encouraged by a loving mum whose passion for food and cooking rubbed off on them and inspired them to constantly to grow, innovate and experiment with food… and so began their food journey.

They enjoy experimenting with new and exotic spices and ingredients, and encouraging people to be adventurous in the kitchen, and in turn discover that it’s so simple to create incredible dishes. Rebecca and Kate’s recipes are fresh, wholesome, colourful, seasonal and mostly healthy. There are more indulgent dishes and treats, but they keep the eating experience balanced and as inclusive as possible – there are plenty of sugar-free, gluten-free recipes, delicious vegetarian options and tasty vegan food.

Knowing the origins of our food is important and they have developed recipes that make use of ‘whole foods’ and celebrate the least refined versions of ingredients. They love what they do, where they live and the power that food has to bring people together. The Delish Sisters – Tasty Food Made With Love is clear evidence of this and is a must for anyone who enjoys delicious, well-balanced meals shared with friends and family.
