Ingredients
180 g grated LANCEWOOD® Cheddar
180 g grated LANCEWOOD® Mozzarella
pesto
chopped ham or salami (optional)
4 tortillas or white flour wraps
Method
Mix together 180 g each grated cheddar and mozzarella. Spread your favourite pesto on two of the tortillas. Sprinkle the mixed cheese over and top with chopped ham or salami. Top with the other two tortillas. Microwave on a plate until the cheese has just melted. Transfer to a non-stick pan and fry until golden on the one side. Flip over and fry until golden on the other side.
To finish:
Cut into wedges and serve with rocket.
