Get Valentine’s Day off to a delish start … whip up this super easy mmmmmango breakfast (serving it in bed optional).

Juicy slices of mango don’t only take your regular breakfast from monotonous to delicious but also add a good dose of vitamins A, C and biotin, as well as the mineral potassium. So you’re not only spoiling the one you love, you’re making sure they get all the health benefits of this super fruit, too.
Whip this up, serve it on a pretty tray and have a delicious Valentine’s Day.

Mango breakfast pot for two

A healthy breakfast for the two of you to have this Valentine’s Day. It takes just five minutes to prep, so no excuses.

You’ll need: 250ml thick mango or plain yoghurt, 120g crunchy granola with a pinch of ground cinnamon, half ripe mango, diced, 30g sliced almonds, toasted To make: Alternate the yoghurt, granola, and mango in layers in two pretty serving bowls or pots, top with the almonds and serve immediately.
