What a treat to have been invited to enjoy champagne and tapas and celebrate the pre-launch of Olive & Oil. The ambience created in this spacious and beautifully decorated addition to the O&O family, perfectly positioned on The Pav’s rooftop, represents their modern twist to Mediterranean food. Guests were spoilt for choice with ice cold bubbly, deliciously prepared oysters, fine wines and mouth-watering teasers from their extensive menu, and a few hours of live music by Don Seagreen. It really was a night that set the stage for a symphony of flavours and exceptional dining experiences.
