Thrifting in the hood

The Robin Hood Foundation – a local NPO dedicated to making a difference to the less fortunate – hosted its first Second Chance Thrift Market that turned out to be a huge success. Held at the Westville Country Club, hundreds of women showed up to support the fundraiser and shop for a worthy cause. The event was also made possible through the help of stallholders and volunteers, Thekwini Motor Group, image consultant Lynne McMaster, popular eccentric Jane Linley-Thomas, Willow Clothing and Sarah Swainson; founder of Ordinarily Active, a movement that aims to inspire people to confidently live life. All funds raised will allow the foundation to continue serving deserving local communities.
