The business entered an exciting new chapter in 2020 when Moira Clark and Sam Hendrikse became its proud owners. Together, they bring more than 40 years of combined experience, combining creativity, fashion expertise and personalised service. Sam’s Fine Arts background gives her a keen eye for design and detail, while Moira’s years in fashion management ensure every client enjoys professional guidance from the moment they arrive.
“Our goal is to make every client feel confident, comfortable and excited,” says Moira. “Choosing a wedding gown or formal dress is a special milestone, and we want every fitting to become a treasured memory.”
In 2021, Daniella Galetti joined the team. Although initially brought in to manage marketing, her warm personality and ability to connect with younger clients soon saw her helping brides and matric learners find the perfect dress.
As the business has grown, so has its vision, with the addition of a dedicated bridal boutique next door, offering brides a relaxed, personalised experience. “We love seeing the moment someone knows they’ve found their dress,” says Sam. “That’s what makes this work so rewarding.”
