Practise gratitude with the Goodleaf Good Habits challenge

Today we’re practising gratitude.

Our Goodleaf Good Habits challenge is write down three things each day that we’re grateful for … A person or loved one, a resource we had access to, something we experienced.

Consistency is key … form a good habit by repeating it every day for month, and let it become part of your life. The Gratitude card was part of our monthly Goodleaf subscription … which includes each month a CBD product (this month we’re trying the handcream with Kalahari melon and marula oil, and the CBD Powder Water Soluble CBD, which come in 10g sachets … easy to pop into our smoothie each morning).

We’ve also enjoyed the Sleep Good Habits Challenge – which encouraged us to get into the habit of switching off late night screens and getting the eight hours of sleep a night that helps us to thrive (a good night’s sleep also boosts our immune system, helps prevent wight gain, increases productivity, improves memory and enhances our mood).
