BESA Leadership Academy Golf Day 2025: A swing for a cause

The BESA Leadership Academy Golf Day 2025, hosted at the Eye of Africa golf course, was a day of fun, camaraderie and fundraising.

Upon arrival, a welcome table offering various items greeted players, making their day even better.

Once the golfing began, the players hopped into their carts and made their way to the first hole.

While the day focused on the game, it was also about enjoying the experience, not just focusing on the score.

There were some bunker mishaps and water hazards, but the main goal was to have fun, regardless of the scorecard.

The format for the day was an American Scramble which encouraged teamwork, strategy and friendly competition.

Funds raised will go to furnishing two newly built classrooms with projectors, boards and sound systems.
