Oatmeal variations (just add the following…)
Sweet: Cinnamon, applesauce, raisins, dried cranberries, pistachios, brown sugar, chopped walnuts, frozen berries, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, crushed pineapple, mandarin orange slices, shredded coconut, peanut butter, sliced banana, honey, Nutella.

Savory: shredded cheddar cheese, fried egg, bacon, mushrooms, chopped spinach, feta cheese, shredded carrots

Homemade granola energy bar:
Ingredients
A handful of dates; a handful of almonds; 3/4 cup oats; two tablespoon peanut butter; tablespoon honey.

Method
Mix it all together
Form the bars by hand or using a pan
Stick them in the freezer until needed
