Use your own!

So we love the men in our lives, but quite frankly, we’re sick of them using our products. So we’re loving the just-launched Epi-max body lotion for men. Perfect for dry skin, and exceptional for those with eczema, it’s free of artificial colourants and fragrances and comes in large sizes for men who think size counts.
The 450ml pump bottle is priced at R59,99, and available at Mopani.

Easy-drinking wine

Braai. Pasta. Pizza. Some of our favourite meals. And here’s the perfect wine to enjoy along with them. De Krans (traditionally known for its lovely port-style wines) has just released De Krans Cabernet Sauvignon 2017. Made using an old wooden basket press, which is softer on the grapes and results in gentle tannins, this is perfect for an everyday drinking wine or for a casual dinner with friends. It’s also really affordable at R75 a bottle.

Pulling a Houdini

Famous escapee Stoffel, who puts Houdini to shame, keeps everyone who knows him on their toes. Imprinting on humans at an early age means that Stoffel will forever spend his life in an enclosure, and he has mastered the art of getting out of them. From sneaking into kitchens to breaking into the lion enclosure and taking on the residents inside, he has stolen many a heart. This beautiful bronze adaptation of Stoffel, made by the talented sculptor Roy Sarkin himself, is available from Roy Sarkin Jewellers at R6 000.
