Grilled lamb kebab pitas, anyone? Don’t mind if we do!

Ingredients

  • 1 x 650 g pack lamb sosaties
  • 4 pita breads
  • Plain double-cream yoghurt, for serving
  • 1 lemon
  • Woolworths’ pickled red onion petals, for serving
  • Microherbs, for serving
Method

  • Grill 1 x 650 g pack lamb sosaties on a hot grill or braai until cooked to your liking.
  • Serve with chargrilled pita breads, a dollop of plain double- cream yoghurt, a squeeze of lemon juice, Woolworths’ pickled red onion petals and microherbs.
