Details: Parkrun South Africa is a weekly event that not only takes place at hundreds of different venues across South Africa and but also the world. To take part at the event you must register online and print out the barcode, which will give you a time. You will need this barcode for every parkrun you attend. Apply sun cream, put on the tutu, your running shoes and barcode, plus bring plenty of water and off you go. Enjoy:)
