Ingredients
- 1 x 250 g packet nachos
- 1 x 200 g packet Woolworths fresh cheese sauce
- 200 g Woolworths chunky salsa
- 4 jalapeños, halved
- 1 x 420 g can cream-style sweetcorn
- 200 g black beans or red kidney beans, drained
- 100 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 100 g mozzarella or mature cheddar, finely grated
- For the toppings:
- 1 avocado
- 90 g Woolworths pickled red onion
- coriander, for serving
- Preheat the grill.
- Place the nachos onto a tray and layer with the topping ingredients. Grill until golden.
- Add the toppings before serving.
