Murat Oncel, the owner of Café Turka, immigrated from Turkey four years ago where he owned and ran a small restaurant in Marmaris. Passionate about making good Turkish food, his speciality is lamb doner kebab which is made with meat (lamb, chicken or beef) that is marinated and seasoned in the shape of an inverted cone and slowly cooked while turning on the rotisserie.
