Simbithi Country Club hosted an intimate food and wine pairing at The Dragonfly Restaurant. Executive chef Louis Lesch served up a delicious five-course menu, while winemaker Dirk van Zyl from Glenelly Estate in Stellenbosch, guided guests through the wine tasting. Guests enjoyed a wonderful evening of good food, wine and conversation, as well as the opportunity to find out more about the winemaking process.
