At Aguila they are grateful and appreciative of every single one of their clients. It is an honour and a privilege for the team to be able to assist clients to make their real estate dreams come true and help to improve the quality of so many of their lives.

Nicky van Zyl believes that working at Aguila is assisting him in pursuing his dream of becoming a property practitioner to give people the opportunity to buy and sell their dream homes. “I am a go-getter type of person and I know that nothing in life can be deserved without hard work and hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard.”

Braam Jordaan says that with any difficult transaction, it is important for him to take a step back, wait a moment or day, and come up with a new perception that turns everyone’s outlook/idea on it into something positive. “The sooner you invest/buy property in your life the sooner you have something valuable to sell and grow on your balance sheet. Start small; it’s better than having nothing.”

Schalk van der Merwe says that his renewed focus area for 2022 is more and better networking. He joined BNI for better networking, to focus on more personal development – such as courses – and to set goals for each focus area. “One of my favourite quotes is: ‘You get what you focus on, so focus on what you want’.”

Wimpie Nel says all experts at some stage or another in their lives were at the bottom and a beginner, and through persistence and determination reached their goals and succeeded in their careers.  “During this process mistakes were made, and these mistakes and challenges were turned into opportunities to create success and achieve whatever I set my mind to.”

Clifford Human says that Aguila aims to offer the highest level of service to their clients by making the buying and selling process as easy as possible. “We take most of the effort off the client’s hands by doing what is required ourselves to get the best possible offer on the property. Our client’s only responsibility is to provide us with their FICA and confirm that they agree with our strategy by signing acceptance thereof.”

He says they are dedicated, committed and honest, and give clients regular feedback received from the statistics from their featured and premium listings on the property portals, and from paid social media, where they select targeted demographics specific to the client’s property to send push notifications. They then use the statistics of potential buyers who viewed the property to change their advertising to achieve the required offer to purchase.

Jacques Van Den Heever believes that planning is a very important aspect that plays a big role in his everyday life. “Failing to plan is planning to fail. You can never start investing money too early in your life to build a fund for retirement. Your money should work for you; not you for your money.”
