Zelda Rodgers, the Financial Manager and Co-Owner of TC Panelbeaters is well-known for her reliability and accountability, approaching every task with dedication and enthusiasm.
TC Panelbeaters opened its doors to the automotive world in April 1993 and has been going strong ever since. According to Zelda, the company’s success lies in listening to the needs of each client and tailoring each service accordingly. “With TC Panelbeaters, you’re not just getting your car fixed; you’re getting a promise of excellence,” she explains.
Inspired by a passion for working with people and a love for problem-solving, Zelda pursued a career in finance. As a woman in business, she prides herself on being the dedicated professional she is. “I bring a positive energy to everything I do, whether it’s tackling challenges in business or enjoying daily life,” she added.
During her time as a bookkeeper, she learnt to do all financial organisational functions by hand, and later committed to adapting to newer technologies. Zelda enrolled in courses and eventually earned a professional certification that showcased her skills.
“Outside of work, I thrive on being adaptable and fun-loving, cherishing moments with my family and friends who bring immense joy and meaning to my life,” she says, adding: “I prioritise activities that contribute to my well-being and enrich my personal life.”
