Ralie Burman, a Bloemfontein native, is the dynamic Sales Manager at Stellantis, bringing her vibrant personality to the automotive industry. Starting her career in retail at Edgars and Transnet, she later ran her own courier business before joining Motus as a sales executive in 2011.
“I knew nothing then, just had myself, my personality, and knew a bit about cars,” she recalls.
Now, Ralie leads her team with a hands-on approach, arriving early to support and motivate them. “I believe they should be motivated and happy in their position in a great environment,” she says. Her knack for balancing sales and admin has created a winning formula, fostering a tight-knit team that thrives under her leadership.
Outgoing and approachable, Ralie greets every showroom visitor warmly. She’s meticulous at work but admits to an impulsive streak at home, where she dotes on her children. To unwind, she enjoys horse-riding and indulging her fascination with spiders. Her advice to young women in business? “Believe in yourself, work hard, and walk the straight path.”
