Bartenders from Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town recently took part in the inaugural House of Amber Housewarming Bartender Competition.
Nine finalists were selected from the regional events, three from each city. Here are some of the winning cocktail recipes:

 - 35ml Clarified yoghurt infused with Honeybush
 - 25ml Baobab & Vanilla Liqueur

- 50ml Inverroche Amber
 - Topped up with ‘n Naartjie, Kumquat and Rooibos Shrub-Soda
 - Garnished with Honey Bush smoke and a Eucalyptus Honeycomb
