We’re sweet on Skyline Late Harvest

We’re fans of a semi-sweet wine … it’s gorgeous chilled, topped with soda and served with ice on a warm evening, it’s a classic match with rich liver pate or parfait, and is brilliant with desserts … think cheesecake or crème caramel, an apricot tart or glazed fruit pavlova.

The just-released Skyline Late Harvest (named for SA’s great cityscapes) is a delicious option … all smooth honey and fruit, it’s full-bodied and rich and made Chenin Blanc grapes harvested late in season, when natural sugars are concentrated in the fruit, so has no added sugar.  Around R49,99 a bottle, and R134.99 for the convenient three-litre bag-in-a-box.
