We’re making pasta this weekend (have you seen this month’s mag, with the gnocchi and chorizo recipe … seriously yum). And since we’re in an Italian mood … we need to stock up. After all, we can’t make a delizioso meal without a bottle of good olive oil, made-in-Italy risotto, or a jar of pesto. Essentials, we think, which we always keep in our pantry and fridge. And you don’t need to travel too far … there’s everything you need (and some items you may not need but my gosh you’ll want) at the Italian Deli Online. From organic penne to 00 flour, from bottles of passata to sliced artichokes in olive oil to fig, cranberry and pistachio biscotti. Bon appetit.
