We’re making pasta this weekend (have you seen this month’s mag, with the gnocchi and chorizo recipe … seriously yum). And since we’re in an Italian mood … we need to stock up. After all, we can’t make a delizioso meal without a bottle of good olive oil, made-in-Italy risotto, or a jar of pesto. Essentials, we think, which we always keep in our pantry and fridge.
